Prices shown are guide prices only as all Sarah Fish Jewellery is bespoke and made to order. Prices are subject to change without notification; however any prices increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
Bespoke orders will include a complimentary consultation and design service. Sarah Fish Jewellery will make every effort to ensure that the customer is fully briefed on the design and content of the order in accordance with the customer's wishes. This may include review of similar design samples.
An order acknowledgement will be sent to the customer for approval. 100% payment is required before any work will commence. This payment is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. When payment is received the customer will be sent confirmation of receipt (either by email or post).
Sarah Fish Jewellery will then proceed with the production of your jewellery. Any changes, or alternation requested after this point may incur an additional charge.
Sarah Fish Jewellery will make every effort to make sure that multiple matching pieces are consistently made but as all jewellery is handmade, pieces may vary slightly. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee continuity of colours and materials particularly if separate orders are placed for matching items at different times. If the product specifications from our suppliers change, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your initial order.
Any designs created will remain the copyright of Sarah Fish Jewellery.
All jewellery orders placed with Sarah Fish Jewellery are done so on the understanding that the delivery dates are approximate and are subject to availability of materials. Sarah Fish Jewellery will endeavour to keep you informed on the progress of your order and notify of any changes to your delivery date in a timely fashion.
Delivery of goods is usually made via 1st Class standard post. Any orders over £100 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items below £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at the Customer's written request and at an additional cost.
Sarah Fish Jewellery reserves the right to deliver jewellery through other carriers using similar delivery options. Whilst Sarah Fish Jewellery makes every effort to pack your jewellery order safely and securely we cannot be held liable for loss or damage whilst in transit.
Personal collection of orders can be undertaken by prior arrangement.
In the event of any order being cancelled before production commences, no costs will be incurred by the customer. If an order is cancelled after production commences then a 50% refund will be paid.
Sarah Fish Jewellery must receive notification of all cancelled orders in writing.
As Sarah Fish Jewellery is bespoke and handmade to order, refunds will only be given if found faulty and notified within 28 days of receipt of goods.
Our jewellery designs are delicate and should be handled with care.
You should be aware that some of our products contain small parts and are not recommended for wear or use by children. In particular, keepsakes marking special dates for young ones are not toys for them and could be a choking hazard.
All jewellery, illustrations and content of this website are copyright to Sarah Fish Jewellery. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that any design you ask Sarah Fish Jewellery to make for bespoke orders does not breach any third party copyright.
The customer must ensure that the correct copyright permission is granted if an exact design is to be used.
We will not disclose any information you provide with any third party unless specifically agreed in advance by you, including testimonials.
